The What

Small businesses are the heartbeat of the United States, and no one champions that belief more than PublicSquare. With that in mind, we pitched the idea of interviewing small businesses that have made their home in the marketplace.

We wanted to create content showcasing the driving force behind PublicSquare and the people who make it so unique. Telling these owner’s stories is telling the story of the marketplace itself.

The Work

In several interviews across the United States, we spoke with small businesses in various industries, from candy to pet grooming. They shared their stories about why they started their businesses, what it’s like to be a small business owner and what freedom means to them. We then transformed these stories into content for PublicSquare to use in their Small Business, Strong Values campaign.
